      Came in today for a noon appt. Things were slow, however, there one young lady that really set the bar high for those aspiring to excellence in customer service. Don't know her name. Works in Grove Hall (long brown hair). She is destined for success.

      I wish I can give her 0 not even one star this office is the worst please people don’t go to this office they charged double then other tax offices the lady there she scream too much she do a lot of mistakes and she will tell I know my job I know my job she’s a liar she did a mistake on my papers now I need months to fix it thank God I found a professional tax office to fix my problem with half of her price she asked me for $500 and now I paid only $200 . I will Never go there again !!!!!
