      Not a good experience as of Dec 2021, an outstanding employee/manager left the company. It has been a disappointment ever since. We had bookkeeping and tax services. Our phone calls and emails not returned since March 2022. I spoke with Kim many many times. He is busy or not available. Our business account charged monthly with, no services, consultation or reports not provide. Not anymore. Maybe it works for other but not us.

      Vaughn and his wife did my taxes for two years. They did a GREAT job! Now that I live across town it's not as convenient, but I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. No one does a better job.
