      My wife and I used Liberty Tax this year, after we did not receive our tax return when it was scheduled we called back to ask for some insight or help, we were assured we'd get it soon, we were also promised a follow-up call this past Monday, we did not receive a call and despite my wife calling several times they did not answer, nor did they return our calls. Apparently right now they are only open on Mondays and Thursdays 9am-11am, so again on Thursday my wife called them several times, nobody answered the phones and my wife did not receive a return call. My wife emailed them Tuesday and we have also not received any reply to our email. The reason I am leaving this review so low is because we were left hanging and were completely Ghosted. I'm hoping they follow through with their promise to follow up, but right now I still don't have my tax return not from my 2021 taxes or my 2020 taxes. Honestly with absolutely no communication on their part, I feel completely ripped off.

      Lisa is always willing to take time to answer my tax questions. She (and her staff) stay current on all the new rules and regulations to help maximize returns and ease the stress of the changes to the annual filing process (credits, life changes, multiple W2s, etc.)... Give them a call or stop on by !
