      I used to go every year here and last year I didn't and regretted it. Went yesterday and it was so nice to see Michael and the others again. I will never do it myself again because I hated it and it is so much easier to go and have a good experience. Love you guys!!

      I WAS TOLD OTHER TAX SERVICE IN AREA THAT MICHAEL HAS CLOSED HIS COMPANY. ITS REALLY SAD BECAUSE I NEEDED TO GET SO MUCH DONE WITH HIS COMPANY AND NOW I CALL AND I DON'T GET AN ANSWER EVER. I SURE WISH HE WOULD HAVE WARNED OUR FAMILY AS WE ALL GO TO HIM EVERY YEAR AND NOW WE DON'T KNOW WHO TO TURN TO. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES JUST TO BE SURE AND THERE IS NEVER AN ANSWER OR RETURN PHONE CALL. I EVEN PLEADED ON SEVERAL MESSAGES IF SOMEONE GOT THE MESSAGE TO PLEASE CALL US BACK AND NOTHING. I'VE NOW HAD TO RESORT TO LOOKING FOR NEW TAX ACCOUNTANT AND BOOK KEEPER THAT CAN HELP US AND OUR FAMILY AND IT'S REALLY HARD TO FIND A GOOD ONE. I KNOW THERE ARE OTHER LIBERTY TAX COMPANIES IN THE AREA SO HOPEFULLY THEY CAN HELP US OUT WHEN ALL THESE HARD TIMES PASS AS I KNOW IT'S DIFFICULT TO GET ANYTHING DONE AT THE MOMENT.

      This guy is rude and condescending. His fee for a simple W2 actually cost more than the refund I was getting this year. I told him I’m not paying for a 10 minute service that’s only going to end up taking money out of my pocket and that I’ll just e-file. That’s when he looked at me through the corner of his eyes and smirked. “Then you can make the amendment on your 2017 taxes yourself. Good luck with that.” (I need to write off some flood related costs from Harvey) Like he’s the only one in town that can help me with that. He’s forgotten that he needs me more than I need him. And not to mention the woman he had actually pecking at the computer inputting my info. She was nice enough. But she could barely speak English. And every question I asked her, she had to interrupt him to get the answer.
