      Edgewood Md location is absolutely horrible! I have been going to liberty tax for years and I will never be back again! They are unprofessional, disrespectful and down right nasty. We even went there 2 times with a month to give them a second chance and it only got worse. The second time I had only been out of icu for 5 days and the lady was extremely rude and impatient. When I asked for my w2 back they lady tried to refuse to give it back. I use to go to the Carlisle PA location when I lived out there and they were absolutely amazing. It's sad the night and day of 2 different locations.
