      I am more than happy to share about my experience about Liberty tax in salerno on the winn Dixie plaza . I am just happy that I went to this place , the hole stuff it's friendly and knowledgeable . Meet was very patient since my taxes were for 2020 and 2021 and it was kind of complicated but he was able to help me and we got it done . I would Higly recommend this particular businesses for any body in need if tax help and their prices are much lower than hr block and 2 other that I priced before going to this place

      I have worked with Liz Abbott for about three years now she made a big mistake this year, do not use them!!!!! She actually forgot to file my taxes that were all prepared and paid for. She made a huge mess out of my taxes, because she FORGOT to file my Maine taxes and I missed out on the state rebate for $850 which I cannot get now. I filed my taxes on time and paid over $400 to have my taxes done by her. I’ve also had to file my taxes myself because of her mistake. I filed a complaint with the main headquarters and they’re all are a joke!!!! They advertise you should get all your fees back if they make a mistake and you’re not satisfied, another false statement!!! The whole corporation is a joke maybe individual offices are much better than this one but I would never use this office again and you should take this as a lesson because they will mess up eventually.
