      Standing outside for my 9:30am appointment and there is nobody here even when their sign says ot opens at 9am, it's 9:35am right nowšŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø, however after waiting for only a little bit the manager did pull up as promised and took care of me right away

      My taxes were not filed properly even after providing the required documentation to Anqunette. She created false exemptions in order to generate a higher return which the IRS had to correct, even after I made her aware that I do not qualify for the exemption. I was not aware that she added this exemption until the IRS informed me. She also did not tell me she added it I actually trusted that she didnā€™t. After the adjustment was made from the IRS which resulted in a much lower return the fees from Liberty Tax (which are auto deducted from the return) did not change leaving me with $0. If I had known she would take my entire return I wouldnā€™t have done my taxes with her it wouldā€™ve made no sense. What Anqunette did to me was fraud and unethical and this will not be overlooked, this fraudulent act will be reported. I am not able to get in touch with anyone in the office or corporate office as all the managers claim they will call me back but never do.
