      Our appointment was with Kevin Cunningham who met as at the Price Hill office. He is always very patient and knowledgeable. He ended up saving us about $1000 that we would have owed.

      The owner, Kevin is super sketchy and goes by different names like 'John.' They filed our taxes incorrectly and we called to complain. He doesn't want to listen but hear himself talk. The building looks like bedbug city and all the workers are loud and unprofessional. Don't get services from these clowns.

      Don't come here for your taxes. They will purposely alter your refund to look like you are getting more back so you leave happy and don't mind paying the $400. Then the IRS will amend your refund and you will be left with scraps. Owner doesn't care. It's not his problem he hires incompetent people. He already has your $400 so it's not his problem. Go to H and R block. It's more professional and accurate. Thanks for nothing Kevin!!
