      I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience trying to work with Liberty Tax at this location. When calling to schedule an appointment, I had a difficult time getting any details about the necessary items needed, never received an explanation of the cost of the services despite asking, and was not told who I would be working with as preparer. I scheduled a time to come in, however when the day and time of the appointment came, I found the business to appear to be closed with no one present. Calls made at that time rang to voicemail and the voicemail I left has not been responded to more than a day later. My days off are few and far between so I had no choice but to find a different tax prep service that day. Given this experience I can't recommend coming here to get any tax work done. Edit: While the company wrote a response to my review, it should be understood that they have made no effort to reach out to me and explain the situation. They have not called, emailed, or any other form of communication. At this point I can only say that my experience left me unable to trust this company.
