      I filed my taxes with Vinny in 2019 and 2020. He never gave my father our tax forms in paper, never responds to our phone calls/messages, and is never in the office. I have had to call Liberty Tax headquarters and they keep getting my tax forms confused with my sisters! I still have not received my tax forms. Do not go here, it’s horrible.

      My family and I have been going to him for years. Last year there was issue with credit, he still has yet to figure that out. We called him and asked him about it and he proceeded to scream at us saying don’t we know it’s a pandemic and he will never be in the office. In regards to another family member he charged them for the services, but this person has STILL not received his tax information. Then, we contacted him again recently about FAFSA, and he ignored us and said if I have time I’ll let you know. Unfortunately, that’s not how life works. Will NEVER be going to him again! Extremely unprofessional and rude.
