      Called this place on Tuesday to schedule and was told I had to wait until Thursday for a afternoon appointment. Came in on Thursday 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment (6 pm) and the first thing the lady says is “we have to do fast because it’s snowing” . Fine let’s get it over with. 15 minutes into the process and she tells me she can’t do it because she doesn’t know anything about Alaskan dividend and how to file it. Ok, fine now what. She then tells me “ well I don’t know if we’re open tomorrow, but I’ll call you”. ridiculous!!! Horrible service! I would not recommend this place to anyone! You shouldn’t put people who are not educated in taxes in all states.

      My wife a daughter went there, and the rep was very rude. My daughter was doing her taxes and had several questions. the rep became very frustrated and angry when she was asked these questions. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND TO GO HERE. they are not helpful at all. avoid at all costs.
