      i have to say that everyone in this location was awesome, I had a problem with my return with my preparer and could not be resolved. I walked in for some advice and they spend over an hour to help me and got my issue solved. they were friendly, very professional and really care about their client 9 my case that I was not even a client) I would highly recommend them.

      This was the worst experience I have ever had at a business that offers the public a service. I was ask evasive questions while trying to file my taxes, and accused of lying about a dependent. The tax preparer took my paperwork and asked me to leave after I decided that I didn't want her to complete my tax return. And refused to give my copies of my personal information back to me.

      My wife and I have used liberty for several years. This year I made appointment for my wife to come in and pick up at 1200 explaining that she had to get off work to sign and pay. There was 4 waiting for theirs. The lady said all 4 family's had a 1200 appointment which was a lie. We won't be back
