      This place is absolutely horrible! My husband and I went in today (7/26/16) because we received a letter saying that we had an error with our 2014 taxes, which was the first and only year we did our taxes with Liberty tax (in Forsyth, GA). So my husband and I went in looking for some clarification on how there could have been an issue, And we were treated like a waste of time and space. I can't name the lady working there because she never even told us her name. We were the only people in there, and were there for about 45 min, only roughly 5 minutes of it we were acknowledged and talked to. Then she just ended up telling us to call the IRS. Stopping there was a complete waste of time. We will Never go back, and we'll be sure to inform others of our negative experience.
