      We have been doing taxes at liberty for over 10 yrs. Always good service.

      I've been told for over a month since I was supposed to have my money "I'll call you" nothing. I call and they don't answer, I leave messages and they don't call me back. I just have to walk in once or twice a week just to have her tell me she'll call me. I honestly don't think she even knows my name. Short of getting an attorney I don't know what to do. DO NOT go to Liberty Tax.
