      HORRIBLE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at Liberty Tax service. The first thing I asked when entering this office was "I didnt want to spend close to $300 for my preparation of my taxes or I was going somewhere else". (H &R block was charging $54 but I had to make an appointment and I didn't want to wait.) I was promised that it would not be that high and they would work with me. In the end, I was charged $282 and that was after a $120 discount !!! Really, so my bill would have been close to $400? I make very little money, I am single, no deductions, no dependents, no interest to claim, it was a simple tax return, nothing complicated. Then when I called to inquire about my bill, I was hung up on ( by the owner of the Lemoyne, PA store), my voicemail messages were not returned, I was promised a phone call after 48 hours from the owner or manager of that store, which I didn't get. Until I called again four days and was irate, I finally heard from the manager from another store who wasn't able to do anything for me except apologize. Horrible customer service and very deceptive, I will NEVER go there again.
