      Very unprofessional. Eating, talking on personal cells phone while doing my taxes, mumbling. Then I had to go back because my electronic signature was "lost". Someone Please tell me how that happens cause she couldn't explain it.....O almost forgot was almost charged a fee of $750 to do my taxes because I had 4 forms. I was told that's alot and began negotiating for a price drop. So I had to give up doing an advance loan and the check they give there 1st time filers for the price to be dropped WHAT!!!! No stars from me
