      I have been with this company for 8yrs and Me. Ricky knows what he is doing, They have new staff there but they are very knowledgeable about, whatever situation you may have.

      My first visit with this location and believe me my last. I can't speak on any other employees there but Ricky. He is rude and don't care. He says he been operating the Newbern Ave location for 11 years and I replied I feel so sorry for the folks you had to service those years. Maybe a few folks has had a good experience there but if one can't treat me nice as good as a person I am something is wrong. After your money is paid which is a very costly fee believe me what little respectct you first got is completely gone. It's an embarrassing moment to deal with such unprofessional conduct. Not to mention an uncaring attitude. I wish I had read some of these reviews before I went and gave him an opportunity to do my taxes. It's my worst experience ever dealing with tax season. I will never ever go back to this place. Guess it's a first time for everything.
