      First, my daughter and I both went to do our taxes there. It took like 5-6 hours to do do them because the computer program wasn’t working, and like 30 mins to print papers…but the worse is the fee they charged me was outrageous! The lady said she knock off $65 from my $465 fee!! $465😡😡😡 but after I looked at my bank account it withdrew $465. Then they tried to charge $550 from her simple return! Her return was $750, after the lady did all the “calculations” her return was only going to be $198. WTH! If I hadn’t said something to her she would have got away with it! This is outrageous and ridiculous! Don’t ever go to Liberty Tax! I NEVER WILL AGAIN!
