      I would not recommend using this Company. They made a big mistake on my 2015 return that cost me over $3500! Now they have made a mistake on my husband's 2020 return which will cost him $3200! I had warned him not to use them. Their employees need more training.

      I have done my taxes for years with liberty and have never been spoken to so rudely before. The lady named Julie that was in the office was hateful and snapped at me because the man and woman she was preparing was talking to me and I tried to exsplain something to them that she couldn't and she snapped at me and said that she was preparing their taxes amd wpuld be with me in just a min!!! For one I wasnt speaking to her and obviously the couple sittingg there was speaking to me so she had no reason to cut me off like she did!! So unprofessional she also told me it would only be a few mins till she could help me and now here it is an hour later still sitting here
