  Do NOT get your taxes prepared here. Liberty Tax has prepared my taxes for the last 9 years in 3 different states. I return because of the prompt processing, great pro-active service, multi-level review, and ability to meet with someone in person in any state that has my tax history. I filed with this location on 12 Feb 21. I checked for my return on irs.gov weekly and checked with the office for a status weekly as well (typically, Liberty Tax contacts me every three days, at most, with an update until it is sent to the IRS). After a month of "in process" with Liberty, my WIFE gets a text with a picture of the processor's monitor and my status... The screen reads that there is no paperwork to review and in process. My wife asks what that means and finally, the processor calls to find out what the problem is. My refund hadn't even been submitted for Liberty review!!!! So then my wife and I had to re-sign our return, this time with an additional $50 processing fee (now bringing our total to almost $500 for filing ONE W2 and not self-employed! This is hundreds of dollars more than my taxes have ever cost me, but I thought it might just be a 2020 thing, it's not)... Do not get your taxes done here! You will pay twice as much as you should and you'll wait a month to find out it was never submitted to the IRS. Odds are that you'll miss the filing deadline and get audited!
