      Worst experience I’ve ever had closing on a property. Had to call the headquarters to get them to do the work. Took 2 months after closing to get the bill of sale for the boat slip that came with the house.

      Never schedule a buyer to close before a seller. When a buyer hands over a check they are supposed to obtain possession of property. Not with this title company.
