  Closing on residential real estate took place on 7/8/22. The representative from Liberty Title did not create an extraordinary experience for me by any means, but she did get the job done. She was on time and moved through the process at a good clip. There were no hiccups to speak of. However, she was far from personable and had no idea (nor willingness to even attempt) how to explain the calculations/numbers. She simply said, "That is something you can discuss with your lender". Which makes sense, but she could have taken 30 seconds to at least pretend she cared about my question. As for all of the documents: she gave a very brief (5-10 second), canned explanation of each document, no different than a recording or a robot. “This document is blah, blah, blah; sign here! And this document is blah, blah, blah; sign here! And this document is blah, blah, blah; sign here!” She was regurgitating her robotic schpiel as quickly and mindlessly as possible. In any case, she was pleasant enough (not rude) and got the job done!
