      Great bank with horrible system issues/updates that happen almost every weekend. I can't transfer money from my savings to checking account. This has happened several times and has caused me major inconveniences. I'm currently stuck at the oil change place waiting on my wife to bring her card because I can't transfer my money from one account to another. I'm on the verge of closing all accounts and finding another credit union. This makes absolutely no sense at all. Please fix your systems.

      This Credit Union is on the sixth floor of the Earl Cabell Federal Building. The general public is allowed but all will be screened by metal detector at entrance(s).
