      We’ve used libertyville bank and trust for about 7 years now and literally every single time my wife and I go in here they ask us “ if we know what branch we’re in” or if “we need the Gurnee branch” . No we’re not idiots we know where we are, who is training these people ?

      I signed up for a promotional offer of $300 after meeting the requirements which indicates 2 consecutive months of $500 or more in deposit. Requirements met for several months and it was confirmed by personal banker and her manager during in person meeting at the bank. Then I received multiple calls stating that the "marketing department said no because I am not using their bank as a primary bank." Phone tag for over 1 week, wasting my time and energy trying to reach them and understand what is happening. The result? Unless I make this bank my primary bank, the $300 bonus will not be provided. This is dishonest and unprofessional treatment of local customers. It is very disappointing to see multiple bankers lie and be unethical in their business practices. I do not recommend this bank to anyone and will be closing my account.
