This is the best bank around! Their customer service is 2nd to none. They make going to the bank so easy; they know you by name and treat you like family. Even my kids like to go to the bank with me! I usually work with Lindsay and Robyn and they are fabulous and friendly. It's wonderful to have a bank that offers so much in a small town--plus they're community oriented and regularly give back!

My experience with Libertyville Savings Bank was seamless and a pleasant experience. Matt Clarahan worked with me on a loan and answered all my questions (I had many as I had never done anything like that before) and took his time to explain everything to me throughout the process.. He even offered to stay late to work within my schedule. All of the people at the Libertyville Savings Bank are friendly, knowledgeable people who make any banking situation a pleasant experience.
