It was fairly easy to get a loan and overall pleasant experience until I found out that this loan was on my personal credit report and this factt affected my home purchase greatly. I decided to pay it off, which I did online, because I could not reach anybody on the phone. I was not able to stop autodraft, nobody ever gets back to me and I continue being charged monthly fee on 0 balance loan. Making a last attempt to drive to the nearest physical location. Its like a scam, you call them and cannot get pass by receptionists or they just hang up on you. If you have a choice, do not go with this company
