      One star is even too much for these guys. Was referred to this co. from an outside lender who was not licensed in TN. David Gassman was quick to make a judgement that they didn't want to deal with my student loan issue or any other issue for that matter. Mind you, I was previously pre-approved from two other lenders before talking to this co. Don't waste your time as there are many other more reputable lenders for your mortgage needs no matter the situation. Stay away.
