      I have called the first time to inquire about the fix and flip loan from the internal sales Andrew with Lima one, I have filled up the application to get the loan process. Unfortunately, after filling up the application, I found out by myself there were two inspections for the loan process, I ended up cancelling the loan process immediately, and I did the new loan process with another lender. I almost lost the deal cause they never fully disclosure two inspections in the beginning and the seller did not agree with two inspections. My compliant is he never fully disclosure that there were two inspections to process the loan in the beginning, he pulled a hard credit report, it really hurt my credit score to drop !!! If I knew there were two inspections for the loan process in the beginning, I never want to do it because there are many lenders friendly and professional to work without doing two inspections. I do not experience professional service and careless about your decision during the loan process with the internal sales with Lima one.
