  Not convenient at all! My local branch doesn't have a option to deposit money into the ATM. Very long waiting lines in the drive through. Lobby only stays open until 4 in the afternoon. And most recently the biggest problem is when I use my debt card and it double or triple charges my purchases and declines the debit card. How am I suppose to dispute transaction in person when they close the lobby at 4? Worse bank ever! Closing accounts and moving to a bigger bank.

  The worst bank I have ever used. They lock your account out if not used within there time period and don’t advise you that it is locked until you try to use it, in my case it was an emergency when I tried to use it, but they claim they couldn’t do anything after 2hrs on the phone just to tell me you can’t activate it without going in personally and make another deposit. The Customer service is horrible. Had both a business account and personal account with them and will be Canceling them both. This only happens with small banks I should have known better then to do business with them, but you live and learn. Bank of America, Chase , dont dose not give you this problem and they have 24 service for any situation like this ! Never again ..Worst bank ever !!
