      I was in the process of getting a mortgage when I contacted Frank Toland to get another option. I ended up staying with the original broker, even though his rate was a bit higher, because I did not want to delay my closing by switching mortgage companies. Oh, heavens, was that a mistake. The mortgage company I went with was horrible. They were so untrustworthy that I finally called Frank up to ask him a few questions about some of the stuff that was going on, to see if it was normal and on the up-and-up. Even though he knew I was already locked in with another lender, he was kind enough to answer my questions and explain several things to me to help clarify it for me. (The actual mortgage company I worked with spent less time talking to me than Frank did.) I wish I had worked with Frank. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage, as he was wonderfully helpful!
