  Linda and the whole Leporowski Team are rockstars! After having a horrible experience with another agent that I had to fire Linda stepped in ready to help with such compassion and professionalism. From the moment we had our first phone call I knew we were in great hands. She not only navigated us through the relisting and sale of our house but also guided us through the purchase of our dream home. Linda always available and ready to roll up her sleeves and fight and advocate for you, I couldn’t recommend her enough.

  Look no further, Linda is your girl. Seriously! When my boyfriend and I decided to buy a home, we were completely clueless where to start. Linda not only walked us through every step of the home buying process, but did so with the friendliest attitude and determination to help us find exactly what we were looking for. She always went above and beyond when it came to house viewings, making sure to explain to us in detail any potential issues the home may have had. Even once all this social distancing started being enforced, she made sure to get us in to see the homes we wanted to see, always quickly and with a smile on her face. When we found "the one", there were already 3 offers put in for it; Linda said "girlfriend, don't worry I won't let this get away from you" and used her more than 20 years of expertise to compile an offer that won! We were worried that needing seller concessions would be a hindrance, but Linda is a pro at negotiating; she got us more concessions than we originally asked for! On closing day, she even paid for a professional cleaning for us to ensure our new home was safe and sanitary, and covered the cost of an item that the previous owner "forgot" to leave in the house. So do yourself a favor, and if you're thinking about buying a house soon, talk to Linda and let her make the process as easy and fun as it should be!

  In February, my boyfriend and I started looking for our first condo. A realtor who showed us a condo offered to work for us and, naive, we agreed. That was a terrible idea. She was never prepared, barely knew about the places she showed us, and lied about sending emails she never sent. We found a condo that we loved and we put an offer. Everything was great until the inspection. It went horribly! HUGE cracks in the basement, water damage, etc. There were so many issues; the realtor herself said she hadn't seen an inspection go this badly in a long time. We wanted to walk away, and the realtor was being very pushy. She kept saying that "EXPERIENCED homeowners do not care about basement cracks" and that we wouldn't be able to find a nice condo with our requirements within our price range. We walked away from the condo and from the realtor as well. Stumped, I asked my aunt if she knew any realtors, and her friend recommended Linda. I called her and she started a file. At first I was very apprehensive, but I needed a realtor so I decided to give her a chance. We found a couple of condos that we liked and she had another realtor she knows, Pamela, show us them the following weekend (she was very busy with tax stuff). I cannot speak to how Linda shows houses to her clients, but Pamela did a great job. One thing I extremely appreciated was, when we first walked in a condo, she took us straight to the basement to get the "nitty gitty" stuff done (looking at the water heater, basement, etc). While this seems obvious to us now, we're new home owners, and this isn't something our old realtor checked for. Based on the experiences I did have with Linda though, I'm confident that she would do the same thing. When we found our condo, we had issues with the loan because we were told it would have to be unwarrantable and the bank we were pre-approved with didn't do those types of loans. Linda referred me to Maria at Supreme Lending. I was apprehensive because I didn't 100% trust Linda yet. I was told that realtors 100% work for themselves and to not go with their recommendations. Desperate, we ignored our fears and decided to go with Maria, and I'm so glad that we did. Those two did everything they could so we could get this condo. They constantly talked with the listing agent and the home owner's association to make sure they got all the information they needed. When they confirmed that Maria would be able to give the loan regardless, they went the extra mile to see if the loan could be warrantable, since the unwarrantable loan would've had to have 15% down which we could not afford. In the end, Maria was about to work with her condo department to make the loan warrantable! The process from then on went just as smoothly. Linda and her team are amazing. They took care of my boyfriend and I and went the extra mile to make sure we got the condo of our dreams. My terrible experience with the other realtor put a bad taste in my mouth and made me not trusting of realtors. Linda changed this. That sounds super cheesy, but she did. I'll 100% recommend her to anyone, and I know for sure that we'll use her in the future.
