  My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Lindsay to purchase our home! From start to finish, she was responsive, flexible and attuned to our needs, and she remained optimistic even when we were feeling the anxieties brought on by shopping for homes in a seller's market. We were living out of state at the beginning of our home buying journey, and Lindsay quickly invited us to meet with her over Zoom to get to know each other, and for her to learn about what we wanted in a home and neighborhood. Once we arrived in Illinois, Lindsay became fast friends with our 3-year-old son, who adores her -- and she happily read books and played games with him when we were looking at houses, so we could focus on what each home had to offer without being distracted. Lindsay helped us craft a compelling and aggressive offer on the house we fell in love with, and she worked efficiently to guide us through responding to the sellers' demands so we could secure the purchase. Any time we had a question about the steps involved between our initial offer and the final closing, Lindsay promptly answered and made sure we had the information we needed. Although we hope to live in this home for a long, long time, if we were to sell this house or look to buy another one, we would immediately turn to Lindsay to guide us through the process again. She's an amazing Realtor and a fantastic person to work with!

  Lindsay is Wonderwoman in flesh ! She sold our condo and helped us bought our house in less than 4months ! We struggled to sell our condo for 2-3 years and hired couple of professionals before without any luck . Lindsay, is very professional and knowledgeable on what she does. What I love about her is that she listenedto us and gave us honest feedback on what our demands. She went above and beyond on her duty. She works overtime, she answers my questions through email/text right away. She will be my forever real estate agent (if I will need one again). I am an individual that will stick to a professional who did a great service to me and my family . I definitely will recommend her to my friends, family and to people who are looking for someone they can trust to sell or help them buy their place.
