      I have an auto loan through this bank and I have found it to be extremely frustrating. The website is not user friendly, the customer service agents offer the bare minimum support for issues or questions unless directly asked for a specific service, I emailed about a situation I was having and never received a reply, I requested documents that I never received. I was told my payment was posted and it was not, which ended up making it late because I was given inaccurate information.

      Slowest service possible. I watched three rigs leave because of the wait. I was stuck in line for 40 minutes for the 5 cars ahead of me.
