      I recently had to move from a big two-story home to one-level living. Tim Forman was my realtor. Every home we went to see was under contract before i could decide yes or no. Finally, a 'coming soon' listing popped up and Tim got the first showing appointment, advised me what was necessary to make the offer impossible to resist and i got the house! He then represented me to sell the old house. He worked hard at open houses and sold it for top price. His advice throughout always proved sound. He remained cool when i got frustrated.       Linton Hall Realtors did a fantastic job helping us with our realty needs. Heidi found us a house in a super quick timeframe and was very responsive every step of the way. She made us feel comfortable and was available whenever needed to answer our questions. Ashley helped us sell out old house, inspecting it, scheduling all the remedial work, and guiding us through the entire sale process. Highly recommend.
