  Dave Milsner was our realtor. I've never in my life experienced a sale as fast and easy as this one. Dave was very personable and was very detailed in the sale process, so we were well informed before we listed our home. The house was on the market Friday, and we already had offers by Sunday way above asking price! The sale was so fast and seemless, Dave didn't even have time to put the "sold" sign in our front yard! Thank you Dave for taking care of us and guiding us till the sale!! We highly recommend Dave and his team! Dave H. and Susie H.

  We had a great experience working with Dave Milhiser and Linton Hall Relators. Our journey with Dave started when a few months ago I called the company asking to speak with a Realtor with a general guestion. The receptionist gave me Daves cell phone number and said to call him. I called three other Real Estate companies that day and all I got were the agents voice mails. I called the number given for Dave and to my delight he answered. His willingness to answer my call and give me his time on the phone, (when at the time we had not made a decision to list), was the reason a few weeks later I called him back to book an apointment to meet. It took another month to get the house ready, but communication with Dave in the meantime was good. From the time we listed our home until our recent settlement the entire game plan and transaction played out just as Dave had layed out for us up front. We were able to sell our home for a lot more than we asked, and also were given the extra rent back time for us to get ready for our out of state move, and begin the next exciting chapter of our lives. My wife and I both recomend Listing the sale of your home with Dave Milhiser and Linton Hall Relators. Oh and by the way working with Linton Hall also saved us several thousand dollars in commision. The savings are going to come in very handy as we pay for the moovers and start some improvements on the home we purchased.

  We had a wonderful experience working with Heidi Ludwig to sell our townhouse and buy our single family home. She took extra time to explain what we should expect from the current market, and she went the extra mile to get information about upcoming listings. She was so easy to work with to sell our home, and she provided so much great advice. We were so happy with both sales, and we can not thank Heidi enough. For such a stressful thing to do, Heidi made the process as seamless as possible. We would recommend Heidi to everyone looking to buy or sell!
