  Lisa was truly AMAZING and the BEST loan officer! We met with her 6 months prior to when we wanted to buy a home. She sat with us and she gave us advice on what we could do to improve our credit scores, she explained the debt to income ratio and gave us a realistic idea of what we could afford. We went home and worked on all of the items she had pointed out and our credit scores dramatically increased. Six months later we were ready to buy a home and we were approved for a bigger loan amount that we had originally planned for. We looked for a home for over 3 months and we ultimately decided to build. The building experience was incredibly hard and frustrating and Lisa was with us through the whole process. I would send her contracts and documents for her to look over and give us advise, she would look over them and make sure they were legitimate and in our best interest. When our home was near the end of construction which was exactly a whole year later - she was a huge blessing. Deadlines were not met by the construction company and we were looking at huge extension fees and Lisa advised us and looked out for us and gave us a lot of options. We decided to let our rate expire and wait the 30 days to re-lock and save us thousands of dollars. This whole process was so nerve-racking and stressful, however, Lisa reassured us and guided us through the whole process. I could not stress enough how thankful I am of Lisa and her help, as a first time home buyer - she made the process feel so easy. She would always give us options and recommendations, she literally saved us thousands of dollars - which is crazy!! We began this process in September of 2020 and finally closed on our house on October 2021. Through the whole year she was a text away, at all hours of the day I could text her and she would quickly reply. She is not only attentive and helpful, but she truly cares. She treated us like family members, with the best interest in mind. That's exactly what makes this experience great and what makes her special. She is truly a BFF (best financial friend) because she sees and treats you as a friend and not just a customer. I would definitely do this all over again if I had Lisa on my side again. THANK YOU Lisa for your hard work, dedication and kind heart!!
