Friends of ours had recommended using Stacie/List 4 FlatFee. We had never sold a home before, but our friends told us how easy it was and that Stacie's service provides all the paperwork that a realtor would have. Stacie was very responsive; anytime we made a change to our listing, she posted it that very same day. It took us 4 mo to sell our home, but it was in a higher $$$ bracket. It was definately worth the savings of selling ourselves and not paying for a selling realtor too!!
