  Looks can be deceiving... I just got off work and headed to the back to get out a substantial "ish" amount of money. When I walk in the lady asked how she could help. I hand her my account cared and that when I was judged like never before. Me: Yes ma'am, I need 5000.00 out. Lady looks at me for so long it gets awkward, so I repeat myself "As I'm diging for I'm ID, to give to her." Her: You want 5.00? Me: 5000.00 Her: you mean 5.00 dollars At this point I stopped looking for my ID, and look up at her. It's obvious she doesn't believe that this is my account. Me: No, ma'am.. I said 5000.00, and here is my ID. She looks it over "yet again way too long" before saying: Her: This is your account? Looks at me Angry is building up but I'm being patience. I did just get off work, currently have work clothing on, and look the part. Me: Obvious.... MA'AM "bit more of a bite then when I walked in: Her: We can print you a check. Me: No ma'am, I want cash. She finally gives MY money to me, and I leave... Listerhill, your customers are how you stay in business. Your employment choices will lose them. Have a good day. 😃😄

  I love the bank in Russellville AL. Friendly and very helpful staff. But since the remodel for their new smart ATM's they need lanes painted!!!! Directing people. They will sit all day for the window and not let anyone through for the ATM's. Please improve this
