      I visited the Killen location today. It was very clean and was well-outfitted for COVID with a hand sanitizing station and plexiglass shields. I was disappointed though that they would not perform notary services on a document requiring my signature (member) and my partner (non-member.) My other bank, a national bank, has no problem accommodating members in this way. A larger frustration which may lead to closing my account, is that joint account holders in fact share a member number and are allowed just one online login to share. It is frustrating to have to coordinate on password changes with the joint account holder. Again, my national bank allows joint account holders to have individual logins.

      Terrible customer service. If your card is stolen they won't refund your money. And they will charge you a $29 NSF for every transaction that is fraudulently made. Then they will send it to collections after closing your account, ruining your credit.
