      Disregards every bit of guidance given when it is inconvenient. Laura knows her stuff and is a hell of a salesperson, but offloads everything to her hack team. Once you've paid new firm to correct all the issues from prior years, you'll be good to go. NOT THE PLACE FOR SMALL BUSINESS!!

      Nickel and dimes you for everything. Wants you to file an extension with 40 days until due date...only to get more fees. I've used 3 accountants over the years and this one is a hard pass. Much better options out there.
