I truly LOVE LNB Community Bank. I think that they absolutely have the very best, professional personnel working there. Teller, Loan Officers, Administrative Assistants to the President are knowledgeable, kind informative and super efficient! This bank is very welcoming and professional! I have been a loyal customer for 40 yrs .When I wanted to cash a check. A finance bank check in Evansville they wanted to hold it for 2 days .Went to the one in Boonville. They were ready to cash it untill Lynnville called. Jody Yeager was taking money out of my checking account to pay someone else's loan .he said I could not ask about that loan because my name was not on it but was taking the funds out of my account FDIC will be notified. Gone to hell since Betty left

Poor customer service. Can put a hold on your debit card so you cannot use it for no reason and when you call to ask why they say they have the right to do whatever they want to your account and they don't have to call and let you know they are putting a hold on it because most people don't answer their cell phones and have full mailboxes. That is what this bank teller actually said in a very condescending tone.
