  I've taken out 3 loans from this place over the years, for the most part had a decent experience. However I took out a loan in an emergency at one point as I was waiting for a check to come in. Once it came in I paid half of the loan I took out within 2 days, after I asked how much I had left so that when I got my first paycheck I could pay the rest off and I was made aware that the amount I owed them had gone up by 300 dollars in just the two days, which left a really bad taste in my mouth, but I said fine, I know they charge money to borrow I guess, but it felt sketchy. A few weeks later I went in to pay off the the rest of the loan. And I paid in cash. Went in with the money to pay and left without it. A few months went by and then they started calling me. I assumed they were just advertising that they had an offer for a loan cause they've done that in the past so I just ignored the phone calls. They started calling me like twice a week. But I always missed the call cause they always called while I was at work several months passed and I eventually answered the call while I was working because I wanted to ask them to not call me anymore as I have no desire to take out a loan when they informed me that they believed I owed them way more than I had originally borrowed. They tried to claim I never made my last payment. I gave them the exact date and amounts of when I made my first payment which they agreed was exactly what I said and then told them of and they remained adamant that there was no possible way they could have made a mistake. They said if I brought in my receipt they could fix it but I was under the impression I paid it off, so when I moved soon after I didn't keep unnecessary paperwork. I had moved twice by this point from the time I had taken the loan to answering the phone call. I talked to them much longer than I should have and even tho I knew I paid the loan off I made a suggestion of them to just allow me to repay them the amount I had originally owed in that second payment I paid, it would have been almost with it just to not get the phone calls anymore, they did not agree, still claiming that there was no possible way they could have ever made a mistake, still being very arrogant in their approach even tho I was trying to make a deal with them where they would end up with more money than they deserved, which they had already gotten from me by charging me more in "interest" in just two days than was even more than half the loan was. I countered with an offer to pay one or two hundred more than what I owed and they still said they couldn't do that. They want me to pay the full amount that they think I should pay, and I just can't do that in good faith. I was willing to meet them somewhere in the middle but they were unwilling to work with me in any way, So as far as I'm concerned they had an opportunity to make money and now they won't get a cent from me until they get off their high horse and are willing to actually hold themselves accountable for my missing payment. That was a few months ago. And they still call me every few days still.

  James, I am sorry you had a bad experience with our company. I reviewed your account and saw that you did make two large payments totalling $851.22. You borrowed $1000.00, so you hadn't even paid off the principal yet. I am sorry if there was a misunderstanding about the interest, but I assure you it never changed.
