      This company has been on it since first day I called in for a quote no asking too many questions that are unnecessary very very helpful Max was the person that help me establish my loan he was very familiar and understood very well the concepts and made me understand exactly I did not find it very difficult to process a loan with loan Factory My refinance with cash out on my secondary only took less than 30 days to close
