      I was in the process of obtaining a new mortgage after having a fallout on previous property and a different lender, and received a call from Melanie. I starting speaking with her and after hearing they provide a very similar service than others while offering a free interest rate lock and a smaller loan fee than other companies, I locked in and saved me a ton from this crazy market! From the beginning to end Melanie and the loan garden team communicated awesomely with our realtor , were highly responsive and worked diligently on the process of getting everything sorted out for our first home! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first home. Melanie was awesome, she was always available to answer any questions was polite, quick to coordinate any issues I was having and so persistent in making sure everything went quickly and smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Loan Garden to family and friends looking a new mortgage loan.
