  The RE/Grind team is by far the best team that I have ever worked with. After looking around for the best company to do a cash out refinance through and many bad experiences, we were referred to Paul Riccio and Kristopher Krebbs. What a breath of fresh air these guys were to work with. Kris made the entire experience seamless and fast. I dealt mainly with him, I only had to send the requested documents one time and the documents that were asked for, were easy to obtain and nothing ridiculous was requested. The appraisal came back at $30k more than a previous company that was used, putting us in a better overall position. The rate never changed, the closing costs were not raised unexpectedly and everything was done within a few weeks. Kris and Paul were very helpful and professional as well. Kris was more focused on what he could do for us, how he could put us in the best position financially, answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was bothering him when I didn't understand something. I never had to wait for a question to be answered, Kris was always available for me. I really appreciated that after dealing with so many people that were treating me like a number and only were worried about what they could get from me. I will be recommending this company and these guys any chance I get! Thank you so much for everything!!

  Kris and Paul are my go-to guys for finance and loan knowledge. There are two things that set them apart from others. Firstly, they take time to educate you on the mortgage process and offer unbiased opinions that will help you find the right product. They are always candid and aren't just looking to close a sale. When I have a question they are always available even after closing. Secondly, they do very well to find a loan product that will work for you. They focus on what you need and identify the perfect product. I've done two loans on two different properties in the last couple of years with them. They are my first stop when I'm looking to make a purchase!
