  Moved to Houston and the hardest thing was to find a competent family practitioner who could understand my myriad of health issues. She listen, followed up with good questions to insure that she was getting all the information. She was also able to refer me to other specialists who would be able to address some of my more complex health issues so that she could stay informed concerning my health issues. It’s not easy being a pancreatic cancer survivor. She’s on top of her game. Her staff was super helpful and friendly. Their office was spacious, clean and orderly. I’m just sorry it took me so long to find them! Her nurse, Felicia, was professional and thorough. The front desk techs were super nice and helpful. Everyone was practicing CDC recommendations. I was happy to walk out knowing that I had found a healthcare provider who made sure she understood me, nurse that was professional and a front office staff that walked me through the initial form filling out stage. They have a professional and easy to navigate portal for everything from health history forms, to requesting prescriptions. This has taken a load off my back and the are now carrying the load. Thank you Dr. Loan Nguyen and thank your staff!

  My experience with "DR" Loan Nguyen and her staff made me feel like a number and not a patient. The Dr. and her staff lack the caring qualities I look for in a PCP. I have left SEVERAL messages to their office call / line on many occasions and have not gotten call backs. When I eventually did get a call back it was 12 days afterward and it was from a nurse that was temping and only helping out for a few days while the "DR" was out of town. In the 2+ years of being a patient she has only seen me in person once. For what ever reason she comes up with that would suited her schedule and needs. Shameful. The office and her staff would hold my prescription refills hostage, rather than reach out to me and let me know what was going on. Again, shameful. **Spare yourself the headache, dissapointment and inevitably your health.

  no personality at all, did not care to introduce herself to NEW patients. Went just for checkup, told her my concerns about hand shaking.....she said I should start drinking to stop that!!! I informed her I do not drink, she said maybe it would not hurt........how do you still have a license to practice!!!
