  My wife and I purchased our first home! It has been a surprisingly smooth experience, so much of this thanks to Jeff James and Karen Carlisle. Both very personable and proactive. Jeff guided us through every step of the process, answering questions, proactively communicating with us, keeping things well organized and timely, and consistently helping us feel, "We can really do this!" Karen was, also, a great pleasure to work with, getting us through the final steps at closing. I highly recommend working with Jeff and Karen!

  My Husband and I couldn't be more satisfied with Jeff's work to get us into our new home! He was super patient with us and our cross-country relocation to PA and the million questions we had!
