BEWARE I sent in a cancelation letter Jan 2019 for our credit card processing. For four months, they continued to withdraw random amounts of money. We ended up having to close our business account, because they had withdrawn hundreds of dollars. I get a call in Aug from the collections department who is the actual processor and they say we owe them hundreds plus late fees. I reached out to Lisa who said she would send over our cancelation info to the collection rep, but she never did and now she won't return calls. Getting my lawyer involved now and contacting BBB.

Rude! Called and asked if we took credit cards. Wanted to speak to the owner. Hung up on me when I attempted to ascertain why he was calling and if I could help in anyway. Tried calling back the number he called from, all three times the number was busy. Work on your pr skills sir.

Called my office and asked if we accepted credit cards. I said yes, then he asked to talk to my boss. I told him my boss was not in the office, and he asked when is a good time to call him. I told him my boss is always out on job sites, checking on progress and on his crews. I started to ask if he wanted to leave a number, but he just hung up on me. Now that I've read all these negative reviews, I'll be sure that we DO NOT do business with Lonestar Bankcards.
