  Use to love coming here up until I brought a 2018 laptop in to sell, it wasn’t the fact I didn’t sell it that upset me but how they wanted to tell me what it wasn’t (the year, the battery ect). I worked for Dell for 3years and Apple going on 12yrs the Dell was 100% OEM nothing after market and the pretty much called me a liar to my face

  I have come to Loan Star Pawn for a couple years now and up until just now it has been a pleasant business relationship. I have always done all of my business with them. I believe in Xenia small businesses and give my full support. Today I come in with my son to pawn a 10 karat gold genuine diamond ring brand new in the box with the tag still on it priced at $498 I don't know what made him treat me so disrespectfully but I was offered $75 for the ring accompanied with the comment you probably bought these on credit. I have receipts proving I paid for my purchases in full as I do with any and all transactions. I was appalled at the level of disrespect given to me after all the business we've done together. I always can pay and pick up the items that I pawn. I understand that it's a small town and a small business so I've never had an issue with the low amounts offered for my items as I said before I support our local small businesses 100%. I don't appreciate the way I was treated and hope that it doesn't happen to anybody else but I'm very upset and that was extremely uncalled for.
