  The owner of this company happened to be my lender. This in itself came with its own set of advantages in the loan approving process. I have worked with Zach on multiple home loans and each time he has been able to help me even with extenuating circumstances and a very tight debt to income ratio, which determines you're buying power. One of my favorite qualities in Zach is that he will be upfront and transparent with you, even if its not what you want to hear. My experience has showed me that transparency is rare in any industry dealing with money. Zach has also provided creative solutions to seemingly insurmountable challenges I have faced when getting approved. I would definitely recommend Zach and his team to anyone looking to buy a home.

  Over the last year, I have had the pleasure of working with Zach Taylor. This was my first home buying process with Loan Wolf Lending and with every huge investment such as this, without saying, comes with anxiety and uncertainty of what the future might hold. From the inception of my home buying process, not only was Zach patient, supportive, and caring but he was also very knowledgeable and efficient in all aspects and walked me through every step of the process. He made me feel extremely comfortable even when I had so many questions and was almost ready to back out of the contract. He never gave up on me and had my back all the way to closing.
